These terms cover your use of this website and the enquiries you send us through it. They are not the terms of any production job. Once we quote a job, the quote and any written agreement between us set out the terms for that work, and those terms take priority over these.
Using this site
You may use this site to look at our work and to ask us for a quote. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, misuse the forms, or submit anything unlawful.
Quotes and enquiries
Submitting the quote form is a request, not an order, and it does not commit you to anything. A quote we send you is an offer to do the work described in it. Work starts only when you accept the quote in writing and any deposit we ask for has been paid. Quotes are based on the specifications, quantities and deadlines you give us, and change if those change. Prices are in Australian dollars.
Artwork you send us
By sending us artwork, logos or brand materials you confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and that we can reproduce them to do your job. We are not liable for any claim arising from artwork you do not have the rights to. We may decline any job.
Our work
The photographs, copy, designs and branding on this site belong to us or to our clients and may not be reproduced without permission.
Turnaround and production
Turnaround times quoted on this site are indicative. The times that apply to your job are the ones in your quote, and they generally run from artwork sign off. Manufacturing and freight can be affected by things outside our control.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any claim is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of doing so.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. We may update them by changing this page.
