How do I get a quote?

Don't have exact garment specs or decoration methods locked in? Don't stress. Upload whatever you have and we'll map out the product options, volume tiers and itemised landed costs to fit your budget. Zero runaround, zero guesswork.
Do you have minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
Standard custom production runs generally start at 50 to 100 units, depending on the garment specifications and customisation depth.
Need a quick turn run for a smaller team or an urgent event? Our core quick turn line starts at just 10 units, using our in house blanks and rapid local decoration to hit tight deadlines.
Testing a new product line or running a small batch drop? Submit your brief anyway. We'll assess your project and lay out the exact production route, blank options and volume tiers to make the unit economics work for your budget.
How does pricing work?
The number one reason people hesitate to request a quote is the fear of getting locked into an unknown cost with no exit.
Most suppliers play games: they dangle a cheap per unit number up front, hide the setup costs, freight charges and port fees, and force you through six follow up calls just to get the real price. We don't do that.
Submitting a brief isn't a financial commitment, it's an operational assessment. You tell us your target volume, garment specs and deadline. We lay out the exact unit economics, volume breaks and landed costs up front so you can make an informed decision for your business.
We don't compete on cheap race-to-the-bottom quotes, and we don't compromise on build quality to save a dollar. You get total transparency, complete control over your run specs, and zero surprises on the final invoice.

What decoration methods do you offer?

Screen printing. Ideal for high volume runs, heavy fleece and bold one to four colour graphics. Retail grade hand feel and maximum durability.
High density embroidery. Engineered for technical outerwear, headwear and premium corporate branding. Built for high stitch counts and long term wear.
Direct-to-film (DTF). The play for high detail, multicolour or gradient heavy artwork on mid volume drops without hitting massive screen setup fees.
Sublimation. Complete edge to edge fabric integration for technical performance gear and custom sportswear. Zero ink weight, total breathability.
Full custom manufacturing. Cut-and-sew builds, custom panelling, specialised dyeing and bespoke hardware for tier 1 enterprise drops.
Retail finishing and hardware. Complete brand integration: custom woven neck labels, printed care tags, branded swing tags, custom drawcord capping and fully branded polymailer packaging for turnkey distribution.

Artwork
What artwork specs do you need?
Understanding your files.
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, vector .PDF). The gold standard. Built using mathematical paths rather than pixels, which means they can be scaled to the size of a billboard without losing an ounce of sharpness. Essential for clean screen printing, fine embroidery and custom hardware engraving.
Raster files (.PNG, .JPG, .PSD). Built from a grid of pixels. If you're submitting raster artwork, we need 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the actual print size. Low resolution images, like 72 DPI website graphics, will look blurry or jagged when enlarged on a garment.
Using Canva? Here is how to export for print.
If your design was created in Canva, the default settings will compress your file and render it unusable for high end decoration. Follow these steps before uploading to your brief.
- Click Share in the top right corner.
- Select Download.
- Change the file type to PDF Print, which preserves vector paths and gives the highest colour accuracy, or to PNG. If you go with PNG, drag the size slider all the way to the right for maximum resolution and tick Transparent background (requires Canva Pro). That removes the solid white box around your logo.
- Hit Download and attach that file directly to your brief.

Can you help fix or redraw artwork?
Production tech packs. For full custom drops, we build the tech packs and engineer your graphics to match the garment layout, from neck labels to full bleed prints.
Artwork cleanup and redraws. If your existing logo isn't production ready, we offer vector redraws and file optimisation so it prints and stitches sharp.
Have a rough concept or need artwork adjustments? Drop what you have into the brief. We'll audit the files and outline any required art prep before moving to production.
Turnaround & Delivery
What is your typical turnaround time?
Production timelines are anchored to three variables: artwork sign off, volume and decoration specs. Once your final production proof is approved, we lock in a clear target dispatch schedule right inside your quote so you can track your drop every step of the way.
Quick turn runs. Merch Control core garments with local decoration typically dispatch in 7 to 10 business days after artwork approval and deposit.
Full custom or offshore production. Generally 3 to 6 weeks, depending on sample sign off, air versus sea freight, product style and factory production schedules.
Working against a tight event or launch deadline? Tell us your target date up front. If a standard production route is too tight, we don't just say no, we revise the execution. Whether that means leveraging local express blank stock, pivoting decoration methods for faster application, or splitting your shipment so your core units drop on day one while the bulk follows, we find the path that hits your date without sacrificing quality.
Can you handle fulfilment and delivery?
End to end logistics. We manage all air and sea freight, customs clearance and landed delivery costs directly in your quote. No hidden port fees, no surprise tariffs.
